Any scholarship offers provided are valid only for enrollments made during the specified Scholarship Week, the dates of which will be communicated on our website and marketing materials. The scholarship applies to the full fees of the Program, excluding any taxes or additional charges. To be eligible for a scholarship refund, users must successfully complete the mandatory modules of the scholarship offer within the defined time period from the date of enrollment. Details regarding completion criteria will be clearly outlined within the course platform. The scholarship refund will be processed after successful completion of the mandatory modules and verification by the Data Mastery Lab. Refunds will be initiated within one month of confirming completion of the modules and will be processed through the original payment method used for course enrollment. This scholarship offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Any instances of copying, plagiarism, cheating, or enlisting others to complete the course modules will disqualify the user from eligibility for this offer. No partial payments will be refunded for this program to any user. The Data Mastery Lab reserves the right to modify or cancel this scholarship offer at any time without prior notice.
To access certain features of the Data Mastery Lab, you may be required to sign up for an account and choose a password and username. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself. You may not select a username that infringes upon the rights of others or impersonates another person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission. You may only have one active account and may not control more than one active account. If we determine that you are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to disqualify you from any competitions without notice and revoke access to your account.
You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you are not of legal age, please refer to our Privacy Policy and contact us for information regarding the parental consent process. You must either be of legal age or have completed the parental consent process to use the Services.
If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and bind them to these Terms. However, individual users from your organization must still sign up for individual accounts. You are not permitted to allow multiple individuals to operate under a single account, even if you represent an organization.
You may only use the Services for your own internal, personal, non-commercial use and in compliance with all applicable laws. If your use of the Services violates any laws, you are not authorized to use the Services. We are not liable for any unlawful use of the Services.
You agree to maintain accurate and current registration information. You may not share your account or password with anyone, and you are responsible for the security of your account and password. You are liable for any activity associated with your account.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts based on forum non conveniens or otherwise.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Data Mastery Lab regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Data Mastery Lab to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
